1. Order Review Before Dispatch
Orders may be reviewed for inventory, address completeness, delivery restrictions, unusual activity, or information required to prepare the correct item. Preparation time occurs before the transportation estimate begins. If customer clarification is required, dispatch may remain pending until a response is received.
Submitting an order does not create a guarantee that an item can be dispatched. If an item cannot be supplied, the store will contact the customer using the order details and explain the available resolution.
2. Transportation Estimate
Normal transportation is estimated at 5–7 days after dispatch. The period begins when the parcel is handed to the carrier or a tracking record confirms carrier acceptance. It does not begin when the order is first submitted.
The estimate is provided for planning and is not an absolute delivery-date promise. Routes, locations, and carrier conditions differ.
3. Events That Can Extend Delivery
Transportation may take longer because of:
- customs, security, or regulatory review;
- severe weather, natural events, or transport interruption;
- carrier congestion, labor disruption, or public holidays;
- remote-area routing or limited local delivery schedules;
- incomplete, inaccurate, or inaccessible address information;
- an unsuccessful delivery attempt or uncollected parcel;
- local restrictions or import requirements; or
- an event outside the reasonable control of the store and carrier.
We will not describe an estimate as guaranteed when these variables can affect the route.
4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for checking the recipient name, street details, building or unit number, city, region, postal code, country, and telephone information before submission. Contact us immediately if an error is discovered. A correction may be attempted before dispatch but cannot be guaranteed once the carrier journey has begun.
If a carrier applies a reasonable correction or re-routing charge, responsibility will be determined according to the cause and applicable law.
5. Tracking
When tracking is available, it may take time after dispatch to show the first carrier scan. Some routes update at major checkpoints rather than every movement. A temporary lack of scans does not necessarily mean the parcel is lost.
For an unusually long tracking pause, email us with the order reference and tracking number. A complete inquiry is normally reviewed within three business days. Carrier research may require additional time beyond the initial review.
6. Delivery Confirmation and Safe Receipt
Carrier records may identify delivery to a door, mailbox, reception area, parcel locker, safe place, or authorized recipient. Customers should monitor tracking and make reasonable arrangements for secure receipt.
If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be located, first check household members, neighbors where appropriate, building reception, the designated safe place, and carrier notices. Then contact the carrier and notify us with the result.
7. Split Parcels
An order may be dispatched in more than one parcel when items are stored or prepared separately. Separate tracking references may be provided. The arrival of one parcel does not necessarily mean the remaining item is missing.
8. International Routes
Cross-border deliveries may be reviewed by local authorities. The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the product may lawfully enter the destination and for responding to reasonable local requests connected with delivery. Local import duties, taxes, or handling assessments may arise depending on the destination and are not included in the 5–7 day transportation estimate.
We do not control government review schedules and cannot misstate them as carrier transit.
9. Damaged Parcel or Missing Contents
Photograph the external package, shipping label, internal protection, full product, and affected area before discarding anything. Contact us promptly. These records help distinguish transportation damage, packing concerns, and missing contents and allow the appropriate review under the Return Policy.
10. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Shipments
If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed, or returned because the supplied address was incomplete or inaccessible, it will be reviewed after it reaches the relevant facility. A new dispatch is not automatic. Reasonable costs or restrictions may apply where lawful and where the issue was not caused by the store.
11. Relationship to Returns
Delivery completion starts the 60-calendar-day window for an eligible return request. A return must still be authorized and meet the Return Policy conditions. Once an approved refund is issued, the normal appearance period is 7–10 business days through the original order method.
